Rather than giving you a cookie-cutter online form to upload your material and then simply printing it for you, we coordinate with printers in the area so that we get the best price and quality for your individual project. We want to save you money by freeing up your time and making sure the job is done correctly the first time.
As print brokers, we organize the whole process so that you don’t have to lift a finger or do any research. We’ll take care of all of that for you. And we’ll be there to guide you and give you direction, whether this is your first printing job or your 100th.
Since one printer cannot provide all types of printing and binding services, a print broker can be the ultimate problem solver. We specialize in printing/binding work such as books, booklets, and packaging. We also have the capabilities to do die cuts so if you have a vivid imagination, we can create business cards, brochures, flyers, postcards, folders,…with unique shapes, cut outs, and folds.
Examples of specific projects we can do
• Prospectus for an investment project
• Workbooks for training
• Scorecards for golf courses
• Diamond shaped business cards for a jewelry store
• Anniversary booklet for celebration event
• Booklet for a gala event
• Set of invitations with envelopes
• Welcome letter with tear out membership cards
• Paperback books
• Hard cover books
• Storyboard book for movie pitch
• Packaging for nail polish
• Packaging for toys
• Etc.
Why Not Go Direct?
Great question. Many people assume that it is easier and cheaper to work with a printer directly. For some cases, that may be true and for others, not.
As far as price goes, our prices are just as competitive as any printer out there. We partner with trade printers who primarily deal with re-sellers like us and not to the general public. The volume that they work on provides economies of scale so they in essence charge us wholesale rates.
So, even with our markup, our prices can still be competitive to the rest of the market.
What are some other reasons for choosing a print broker like us versus going direct?
Choices
There are so many printers online and in your neighborhood, it is often hard to determine which printer to choose. We have already done the hard work for you. We only use printers that are well established (many in business for over 30 years) and provide the highest quality and service.
We also know which printers provide the best work for specific types of printing like brochures, books, and packaging.
Time
We all have a limited amount of it. So we can handle the basic logistics like getting multiple quotes, uploading files, and the multiple communication between you and the printer. We streamline all of those processes so that you are only involved when necessary.
Not sure where to start
Sometimes, you just don’t know where to start or what questions to even ask about your project. Since we are not the typical online printer, we want to talk to you and help you through the decision path.
We understand that there are so many options when it comes to printing your collateral (i.e. quantities, paper thickness, paper finishes, sizes, trims, folds, binding, cut outs, etc.) it can be overwhelming. So even if you have no clue to what you want, just describe your project to us and we can give you options that we feel meet your needs.
Quality
You’ve put a lot of time in creating the collateral to print so you probably want it printed with the best quality you can afford. Since we rely on referrals, we are very conscious about choosing the printer that provides the best quality for your type of job.
Budget
Maybe you’ve been checking around and just cannot get the your job done at a price you can afford. We’re great at coming up with different options that you may have not considered to meet your budget and still provide the right look for your project. Sometimes a slightly smaller size, different paper, cover style or binding options can make the difference.
Can’t find a printer that can do the job
As stated earlier, not all printers can do all print jobs. Sometimes, it takes multiple printers to do one job.
We’ve had print jobs with such specific requirements that it took coordinating with three printers to get the job done. So if you’re at your wits end of finding the right printer, let us do the work for you.
